Click "Create Account"
3

Choose an authentication provider

We highly encourage you to choose Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple โ€” most folks have one of these and you won't need to manage a separate username or password.

If you'd rather create a unique account, choose Sign up with E-mail and enter your email address and a password.

4

Complete your profile

Fill in your name, phone number, and home address. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. Then choose your Lot number.

โš ๏ธ REPLAT Lot Holders: If you have a REPLAT lot, look through the lot numbers carefully โ€” we've mapped your REPLAT to a real lot number. Your lot is not "Lot 1 and REPLAT 1" โ€” Lot 2 won't fit on your boat sticker. Please find your associated lot in relation to the lot numbers you are adjacent to.

5

Wait for approval

After submitting your profile, you may see a Pending Approval screen (shown below). Your HOA administrator will review and approve your account โ€” you'll receive an email when approved, typically within 24 hours or less.

โ„น๏ธ Multiple accounts per lot: You can have multiple accounts tied to a lot. After the first account is registered, additional accounts require admin approval to ensure security & privacy โ€” you'll see the second screen below.

Fill in your boat's year, make, model, length, and colors as appropriate for the watercraft type.
